How we approach our guides.
Toolivo aims to make household organization understandable and useful. A guide should help a reader make a decision or carry out a manageable task, not simply present an attractive image of a room.
Scope and structure
Our core subjects are small-space planning, practical storage, and everyday household routines. Guides explain what to observe, what to measure, and what tradeoffs to consider. We favor clear examples and adaptable steps over universal rules about how every home should look.
Article length is determined by the explanation required. Headings, examples, and questions help readers find the section relevant to their situation. Related guides are linked when they offer a useful next step.
Examples and factual claims
Household examples are illustrative unless explicitly identified otherwise. We do not present imagined rooms as completed client projects, claim personal product testing that has not occurred, or attach invented professional credentials to the publication.
Measurements used in examples are there to demonstrate a method. They are not substitutes for measuring a real room or following applicable requirements. Product-specific instructions and qualified advice take priority where a task involves installation, structural work, electrical work, or other specialist decisions.
Images
The original editorial images on Toolivo include digitally generated interior scenes. They illustrate the subject and visual idea of a guide; they are not evidence of a documented renovation, an inspected property, or a tested product. Furniture and room details in an illustration should not be treated as installation instructions.
Commercial independence
Toolivo does not currently sell products or use affiliate shopping links. A brand mention, if relevant to an explanation, is not an endorsement or a claim of a commercial relationship. Paid placements or affiliate relationships, if introduced, will be identified clearly near the relevant content.
Advertising, when present, must be distinguishable from editorial navigation and article content. Readers will never be asked to click an advertisement to support the publication or gain access to a guide.
Corrections and updates
We welcome specific reports of errors, unclear wording, or broken links. Send the page address and a description to [email protected]. We consider the report, revise material where appropriate, and keep the content and its associated metadata consistent when a substantive update is made.
A correction request does not require private household documents or access credentials. See our contact page for the information that is useful to include.
